Analisis pola transportasi sedimen terhadap sebaran plankton dan daerah penangkapan ikan muara Sungai Kampar

This study aimed to analyze the pattern of sediment transport distribution plankton and fishing ground in estuary KamparRiver. used survey methods, sample was obtained field are considered represent Kampar River estuary. Then sampling results form TSS, brightness, temperature, salinity, pH, flow velocity descriptively analyzed discussed with reference data interpretation method by using mathematical models (software mike21 ). The showed concentration at mouth east monsoon amounted 8.76 million tons / day west 7.64 day. A region prone silting due is periodically southeastern portion Mendol. Based on analysis modeling , diversity index tends be low site so that waters around Mendol island excluding strategic area for grounds it indicated there has been a downward trend as primary productivity . existence TSS may hinder penetration light ultimately affect photosynthetic plankton.
